At EZINK™, we want you to love your beauty products; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, skincare and cosmetic products must be unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original EZINK™ packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Affix the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
